Kimberly has been teaching Pilates and more for over 19 years and is passionate about sharing the benefits of movement. Kimberly has multiple certifications including; Peak Pilates Comprehensive, Yamuna, Gyrotonic, Barre, Pink Ribbon Certified, and is a Teacher Trainer for Pilates Sports Center. Dedicated to bringing each client the most effective tools for their individual path, she continues expanding her expertise into the latest developments in mind body work. Most importantly, she continues to champion anyone looking to make a change.
Katrina started studying Pilates at age 15 at Houston Ballet Academy. During her 17-year career as a professional ballerina Pilates was part of Katrina’s daily routine to strengthen imbalances and prevent injuries. Katrina is a Comprehensively Certified Pilates Teacher, certified by Pilates Sports Center. Katrina is currently pursuing a Gyrotonic®️ certification. She enjoys working with people from all walks of life, ages and abilities. Katrina wholeheartedly embraces the mission of MVMT Studio as a welcoming and inclusive space for movement enthusiasts of all backgrounds and abilities.
