If you are new MVMT Studio or new to the Pilates Reformer and equipment we recommend starting with a Reformer Basics class before joining all level equipment classes. Or start with individual sessions personalized for your needs and goals. Group studio classes are all level and suitable for everyone, including beginner
With over 50 classes a week an Unlimited Membership will keep you moving and motivated. MVMT is a place for everyone. Our small equipment classes are limited to 6 and studio classes to 10 students. Experienced instructors provide necessary adjustments to each individual while focusing on form, function, and flow.
Find the movement right for you in our small group equipment classes: Reformer, Tower, Cardio Jump plus studio classes: Pilates Mat, Yoga, Barre, and Yamuna. If you are new to Pilates equipment, start with a few Reformer Basics classes to become familiar with the apparatuses. Studio group classes are all levels and beginners are always welcome.
Start with a combo of 2 classes and 2 privates sessions. If you are new to Pilates equipment this is the best way to start. During your 2 private sessions you'll get familiar with the apparatus, work on your form and have time for questions. Then the hard part - picking what 2 classes to try first!
